JOHANNESBURG – New rules are in place when it comes to the import and export of live animals.
Earlier this year in February, Capetonians were shocked when the Al Kuwait docked on its way from Brazil to Iraq.
The stench raised the alarm bells about the awful condition of the animals.
The NSPCA discovered sick injured and dead cattle among the 19 000 cattle aboard and had to euthanise eight more cows due to their poor condition
